Assistant to the Sales and Marketing Director, the Marketing & Events Coordinator oversees all preparations for trade show endeavors including, submitting applications to speaking events, organizing and ordering booth print media, and booking flights and lodging. Additional duties include traveling to events, assisting in booth set up, and promoting sales.
Strives to promote and generate sales for Online Access by organizing events and networking within the industry to build lasting relationships with clients. To support the Sales and Marketing team with data and overall knowledge of products.
Willing & able to travel, Exceptional Organization Skills, Proficient use of Office products including Excel & Word, & Mailchimp.
Adobe Photoshop or Canva, knowledge of social media platforms is a bonus!
